The Differential Salary System applied at Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) has been discussed in the Program “Besh Barmag” (Five Fingers) of ANS TV Channel on May 4.
The Advisor to UNEC Rector Elshan Baghirzade and the Director of the International School of Economics Anar Rzayev delivered detailed information on the system. They explained that the main goal in application of the Differential Payroll System, which is the intellectual property of UNEC, is to ensure the motivation of the teaching staff, to strengthen the competitive environment among teachers, thereby to serve the improving the quality of education at UNEC. Other experts invited to the program expressed their opinions on the topic.
