Graduate and Undergraduate Students of UNEC gain ATUC’s Scholarship
Event to introduce scholarships introduced by Azerbaijan Education Employees’ Independent Trade Union Committee to the students who succeed within the winter exam session of 2016/2017 academic year and were active in the affairs held by the Azerbaijan Trade Union Confederation was held.
UNEC’s undergraduate and graduate students who gained the scholarship attended the event.
ATUC Chairman, Member of Parliament Sattar Mehbaliyev spoke about the role of science, education, culture and sport in modern world; highlighted that the Head of State renders great importance to the development of these areas. Delivering the information about the performances of the body run by him, S.Mehbaliyev said the Scholarship awarded by the Azerbaijan Education Employee’s Independent Trade Union Committee was established in 1995.
Afterwards, students of the Faculty Finance and Accounting of UNEC Ilkan Aliyev, Ahliman Khalilov, Samira Alizade and the Faculty of Economics Usuflu Nazrin and graduate student Nargiz Tahirova were awarded scholarship.
