UNEC Reading Hall № 4 has begun operating in 2001. There are 2 faculties – Business and Management, the Faculty of Economics of Turkish World and the department of Masters in the academic building № 4.
During 2018, nearly 2,000 readers have been provided with educational, scientific and methodical literature, as well as electronic publications.

Textbooks, manuals, methodical instructions, etc. in the Azerbaijani, Turkish, Russian and English languages can be obtained in the library. Readers regularly get acquainted with periodicals – Newspapers: Azerbaijan, Respublika, Xalq, Yeni Azerbaijan, Ses, Iki Sakhil, Bakinsky Rabochy, Caspian Newspapers, UNEC Expert, Tarikh and other journals.
Since September 16, 2019, the library’s work schedule has changed. Thus, the library is in the service of readers from 9 am till 8 pm.
In total, the total number of fund in 2018 was 4,108 copies.
