Quidelines for retaining salaries of UNEC’s academic staff during research , who has been invited to do a research at the prestigious foreign universities, for up to one year, have been approved.
According to the rules while the researcher is doing his research at a foreign university, the salary for his workplace and scientific-pedagogical activity at UNEC will be maintained.
In order to do a research at influential foreign universities, the applicant must have at least 3 years of experience in scientific and pedagogical work at UNEC.
The university where the research is going to be done must be included in the list of top 600 universities totally and on speciality in the ranking of the world’s universities (QS World University Rankings).
According to the rules, for the researcher to apply for researches at foreign universities, that person must have a year pedagogical activity at UNEC after the previous research, he must publish 2 articles in the journals that are included in the Scopus scientific base or in the journals included in the Web of Science platform.
