Cand. of Tech.Scien., Assis. Prof., Sultanov Elmar Chingiz
He was born on May 10, 1965 in Baku.
He graduated from Azerbaijan State Institute of Technology in 1982.
In the same year he started working as an engineer at Baku Confectionery Plant. In 1990-1994 he worked as an engineer, manager, and administrator.
Since 1995, he has worked as an assistant at the department of “Technological machines and field equipment” of Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
In 1998, he was a candidate of a degree at the department of “Technological machines and field equipment.”
Since 2000, he has worked as a senior lecturer at the same department.

He defended his dissertation at the dissertation Council under Azerbaijan Technical University in 2007.
In 2009, he was awarded the diploma of Candidate of Technical Sciences of the Republic of Azerbaijan by the Supreme Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
At present, he is an associate professor of the department of “Technological machines and field equipment”.
He is the author of more than 26 scientific works.
He is married and has three children.
