She was born in Aghdam.
After leaving the secondary school, in 1994-1998 she graduated with honors from the Baku Commodity and Commercial Institute, Faculty of Food Commodity.
In 1999-2001, she graduated with honors from Azerbaijan State University of Economics with a master’s degree in “Quality examination of consumer goods” and began her career as a senior laboratory assistant at the department of “Quality Examination of Consumer Goods” of the University of Economics.

She has given hourly lessons since 2001. In 2011, she worked as a lecturer at the “Quality Examination of Consumer Goods” department of Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
Since 2013, she is a senior lecturer at the department of “Examination of Consumer Goods”.
She has been a candidate for a a degree of ANAS since 2012.
She is the author of 18 scientific works (1 published abroad).
She is married and has two children.
