In 2009-2013, he received a bachelor’s degree in Economics of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics. He received his first master’s degree in Marketing from Istanbul University, Türkiye in 2017, and his second master’s degree in Marketing from Marmara University in Türkiye in 2018. Bahman Huseynli has published more than 50 scientific works (scientific articles, book co-authorship, book chapters, conference thessis) in Azerbaijani, English and Turkish languages. His scientific articles are indexed in international scientific databases such as SCOPUS, Web of Science, TR Directory, etc. Bahman Huseynli specializes in marketing research, marketing strategy, marketing analytics, brand management, brand building, brand liveability, consumer behavior, gamification, corporate development and strategic development.
Bahman Huseynli, who started his work life while studying for a bachelor’s degree in Azerbaijan, continued his professional career in Türkiye. He works in the fields of strategic development (AA Kurumsal Gelişim, Azerbaijan Public Employment Agency), research methodology (Istanbul University, Marmara University, Azerbaijan Public Employment Agency, Azerbaijan State University of Economics), banking (VakıfBank, Bank of Baku), insurance (Türkiye Sigorta, Başak- Inam Insurance), cement industry (Nuh Chimento), ready-mixed concrete (Nuh Beton), fertilizer industry (IGSAŞ) and higher education (Marmara University, Maltepe University, Azerbaijan State University of Economics, TKTA), gained experience in the public and private sector, in about 70 projects worked in various positions. Bahman Huseynli worked in the field of consulting (AA Corporate Development) and worked on projects related to growth and contraction strategies of companies and directly participated in transformation, change and development projects of companies at the individual, team and organizational level.

Bahman Huseynli is currently researching for a PhD in Marketing at Marmara University in Türkiye. Currently, he is the Head of the Division of Labor market analysis of the Labor market analysis department of the Azerbaijan Public Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population. He also teaches at the UNEC Business School (MBA), the International Master’s and Doctorate Center (BMDM) and SABAH Groups of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan at the bachelor’s and master’s level.
