She was born on January 19, 1959 in Tagibeyli village of Aghdam region.
In 1975, she left secondary school in Gulluja village of Aghdam region.
In 1977 she entered the Agricultural Institute named after Samad Agamalioglu, majoring in “Scientist agronomist”.
She graduated from the same institute in 1982.
Since 1982, she has worked as a laboratory manager at a winery located in Gulluja village of Aghdam region. In 2000, she worked as a senior laboratory assistant at the Mingachevir branch of the Azerbaijan Teachers’ Institute. In 2002, she was a candidate for a degree at the Nasimi Institute of Linguistics of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences. In 2006 she completed her dissertation on “Joint constructions in the modern Azerbaijani language” and is a candidate of sciences.
In 2006 she was the head of the department of “Social sciences and vocational training” in Mingchevir branch of AIT, in 2008 she was the head of the department “Azerbaijani language and literature”, in 2012 she was the dean of the faculty “Psychological service in philology and education”. In 2006 she worked as a deputy director for “Educational Affairs” in the Zaqatala branch of AIT.

In 2016, she worked as the head of the “General Disciplines” department at the Zaqatala branch of Azerbaijan State University of Economics, and in 2018, she worked as the dean of the faculty of Economics at the Zaqatala branch of UNEC.
Since 2020, she has been the deputy director of the Zaqatala branch of UNEC.
She is the author of more than 30 scientific articles, one textbook, one methodical manual.
Married since 1983 and has two children.
