She was born in 1949 in Baku.
In 1956 she went to the secondary school No. 8,
In 1966, she left secondary school No. 20 in Baku.
After leaving secondary school in 1966, she entered the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Baku State University.
In 1971, she was appointed assistant to the Department of Mathematics of the Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy (now the Azerbaijan State University of Economics).

In 1982, she defended her thesis on “Spectral analysis of the integral boundary conditional one-dimensional non-self-coupled differential operator.” He is a candidate of physical and mathematical sciences.
She is currently an associate professor at the Department of Mathematics and Statistics.
In 2011, she published two articles in the journal “Theoretical and Practical Aspects of the Development of Modern Science”, published in connection with the World Scientific-Practical Conference in Moscow. She has published 12 scientific articles at scientific conferences and co-authored 2 guidelines.
