She was born on August 14, 1971.
In 1993, she graduated with honors from Azerbaijan Institute of Construction and Architecture (now the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction) with a degree in Construction Economics.
In 1993, she worked as a senior lecturer at Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
In 2004 she defended her dissertation on “Problems of complex development of the regional economy in the conditions of market relations” on the specialty 08.00.05 “Economics and management of the national economy” (at macro level).

Shee is currently an associate professor of “Economy Regulation”.
Shee is the author of 2 textbooks, 4 programs, 4 textbooks, methodical instructions, 18 scientific articles.
She has participated in the translation of 3 textbooks.
In December 2016, she was announced a gratitude for the effective scientific-pedagogical and labor activities at UNEC.
