PhD in Econ., Senior lecturer, Babayev Mehman Telman
Babayev Mehman Telman was born in Baku in 1976.
In 1993 he finished the secondary school 45 of Narimanov district.
In the year of 1994 he entered the department of Finance-credit of Azerbaijan State Institute of Economics.
In 1998 he completed his bachelor of the University, in 2000 he the Masters of the University with the same major.
In 2001 he became a post-graduate student of ASUE at Finance and graduated from in 2004.

Since 2005 he has begun his activity as a teacher at the department of Finance of ASUE .
In 2009 he defended his Candidate thesis on “Improving the Financial Provision of Social Protection of the Azerbaijan Republic population” and became a PhD in Economy in 2011.
Since 2017 he has become a senior lecturer of the department “Finance and Financial Institutions” .
He is the author of 1 monograph and 11 scientific works.
