UNEC’s Teacher receives a Prestigious International Diploma

Director of the International School of Economics of Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) Anar Rzayev received a Certificate of Professional Competence of International Road Transport Union (IRU) Academy for the Road Transport Manager.
The diploma is awarded as a document certifying qualification after taking relevant exams in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1071/ 2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council and is considered the most prestigious diploma in International Road Transport Management.
