Admission of documents for fee based Retraining in 2016/2017 academic year has been extended until September 10.
Admission is performed on the following majors:
Graduates of the state and private higher education (secondary specialized education) institutions are able to get Retraining education on condition that the difference between the specialty to be acquired again on the basis of the initial basic training programs and the basic education program should not be more than estimated hours of a school year in accordance with the “Regulations for issuing the relevant document to those who received education in any content and direction of additional education” approved with the decision 163 on September 6 2010 by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Admission of documents to Retraining is realized only online. Those who want to receive the above mentioned specialties should submit the required documents online; the right to get retrained will be gained in case of eligibility.

Admission is done through June 10 to August 1 2016.

Education is in Azerbaijani. Duration of the training is a year.
Note: Those who received their degrees abroad after 1993 can receive Retraining education in case their diplomas are recognized by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
