Cand. of Tech. Scien. Assis. Prof., Mansimov Hagverdi Iskandar
He was born on October 1, 1961 in Hajibadalli village of Agjabedi region.
In 1979-1984 he studied at Vorenj Institute of Forest Engineers and graduated with honors.
In 1987-1989 he worked as a laboratory assistant at the same institute.
In 1992, he studied at the graduate school of the same institute.

In 1992, he defended his dissertation and received the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences.
In 1994-1999 he worked as an assistant, senior lecturer at Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University.
Since 2000, he has been an associate professor at the department of “Informatics” of Azerbaijan State University of Economics, and since 2018, he has been an associate professor at the department of “Digital Economy and ICT”.
