UNEC will create a single database of country education
An Analytical Information Resources Center (AIRC) was set up at UNEC.
Rector of UNEC, professor Adalat Muradov and the academic staff of the university participated in the presentation of the Analytical Information Resources Center, established at the department of “Statistics and Econometrics”. Rector Adalat Muradov said that the main goal of the center is to form a unified database on innovations in Azerbaijan education and to meet the demand of international organizations and foreign companies in this direction in order to support the reforms carried out by the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
A.Muradov said that in the future the database would be formed not only in education, but also in the economy of the country, taking into consideration the active involvement of international organizations and foreigners in the country’s reforms. He also noted that international experts would work in the center along with the UNEC experts.
Then the lecturer of the department “Statistics and Econometrics” Esmira Ahmadova made a presentation on the main tasks, directions of activity, structure of the AIRC.
The presentation was followed by presentation on the center’s activities.
