The Intellectual Games Club hosted the “Independent Fire Land – the VI Independence Prize” Intellectual Tournament dedicated to the 26th anniversary of the Independence of Azerbaijan jointly organized by the ‘Odlar Yurdu (Land of Fire)” Youth Public Association and Azerbaijan Intellectual Games Club and with the support of New Way Public Association.

 The goal of the tournament which took place with the slogan “For the eternal independence” is raising the citizenship spirit of youth, the promotion of patriotism, the detection and evaluation of poential intellectuals. The intellectual tournament provided in the format of “What? Where? When?” was attended by 15 teams. The team “Six Pistols” consisting of UNEC students was the second in the tournament which was held in intense competition.

The team members are I course students of the International School of Economics Javad Aliyev, Yusifeli Sadigov, Nicat Alishov, Bakhtiyar Nazarli and I course student of the Turkish World Business School, Nicat Ahmedli. The captain of the team is the 2nd year student of the International School of Economics, Allahverdi Garayev.
