UNEC professors highlighted the importance of a strategic road map at an international conference
The Turkish International Conference on Strategic Studies “TUDSAK 2017”, supported by Turkish International Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TICA) and many Turkish-speaking countries, was held in Antalya, Turkey.
More than 150 scientists from different universities of Turkey, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina participated in the conference, where the discussions were held in Economics, International Relations, Public Administration, History, Geography, Sociology, Ecology, etc.
At the conference UNEC was represented by the head of the Chair of “Regulation of Economics“, professor Mahish Ahmadov, the head of the chair “Theoretical and Practical Economy“, professor Umidvar Aliyev, Dean of Faculty of Finance and Accounting, Associate professor Garay Musayev and Dean of the Turkish World Business School, Associate professor Ferrux Tuzcuoglu.
In Azerbaijan related section of the conference UNEC Professor Mahish Ahmadov delivered a speech on the topic “The modern development strategy of Azerbaijan is the concept of transition to inclusive growth”.The professor noted that, the success gained in the socio-economic development in Azerbaijan during the years of independence, created economic potential, social, scientific and technical, financial potential, human capital, infrastructure, improvement of social welfare of the population, as well as, the normative-legal legislation and the institutional base put forward as a pracrical problem the possibility of the transition to inclusive economic growth in our country.
The speaker drew the attention of the partcipants of the confrence to the SWOT analysis and assessment of the concrete statistic materials of our country, the principal ways to reach the targeted goals, views, the priorities for improving of realistic potential opportunities and the implementation mechanisms based on principal aspects, targets and views of “strategic Road Map on the perspectives of the national economy in the Azerbaijan Republic”.
The moderator of the section particlurly emphisized the scientific-methodological and practical nature of the report of the professor M.Ahmadov.
And the UNEC professor Umidvar Aliyev made a report on the topic “Sustainable development of the national economy in Azerbaijan”. The reporter spoke about the role of the Strategic Road Map for ensuring the sustainable development in national economic prospects of the Azerbaijan Republic. The report, which caused the great interest of the participants of the conference was discussed, as well.
In the panel “Which strategy should be followed in the Turkish world in the context of socio-economic and technological development ” G.Musayev delivered a report on the topic “The integration of the educational systems of the turkish speaking countries”, and F.Tuzcuoghlu delivered a report on the topic “The Turkish World Strategy in the 21-st century as a part of the means forming today’s world”.
