The employees of the Technology Transfer Center (TTC) of Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) have taken part in an international workshop held by the State Committee on Standardization, Metrology and Patent with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
The seminar was on “Access to Technology for Innovation in the Republic of Azerbaijan and Establishment of the Network of Centers to Support Technology and Innovations (CSTI).
Head of the TTC Aydin Huseynov has made a report on the “Establishment and Performance of the Technology Transfer Center at Azerbaijan State University of Economics”. A.Huseynov said that trainings in relation with the invention and patent work are being organized in the center and the recommendations on the development of patents are being made. In addition, he said that UNEC is in close relation with the world’s leading universities in science and innovation.
The participants were awarded the World Intellectual Property Organization’s Certificates.
