She was born in 1960 in Baku.
In 1977 she entered the faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Azerbaijan State University named after S.M. Kirov (now Baku State University), where he graduated with honors in 1982 and began working at the Institute of Cybernetics of the Azerbaijan Academy of Sciences (now ANAS).
In different years she worked as an engineer, researcher, senior researcher.
In 1988, she defended her thesis at the Specialized Defense Council of Azerbaijan State University and received the degree of Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences.
Since 1995, she has worked as a senior lecturer and associate professor at the “Higher Mathematics” department of the Baku State Institute of Commodity Science and Commerce.

Since 2000, she has been an associate professor at the Mathematics Department of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
Since 2020, she is an associate professor of the department of “Mathematics and Statistics” at UNEC.
She is the author of 34 scientific-methodical works, including methodical instructions, subject programs, scientific articles and theses.
According to the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 24, 2020, she was awarded the honorary title of “Honored Teacher” on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics and for her services to the development of education in Azerbaijan.
