CHARTER OF “UNEC Future Club” student organization
1.General provisions
1.1. UNEC Future Club (UFC), a student organization operating at Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC), aims to stimulate and support start up projects and research that meet the challenges of modern times, guided by the common interests and volunteerism of young people studying at the University. It is established by the decision of the Scientific Council.
1.2. The UFC Student Organization is an organization based on the common interests of UNEC students and the principles of volunteerism.
2.The main goals of the UFC student organization
2.1 The main purpose of the UFC student organization is to help students develop modern theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of Information Technology (IT) and implement useful initiatives.
2.2 To organize events in this direction (scientific disputes, exhibitions, competitions, Olympiads) within the faculty and throughout the country.
2.3 To establish relations and achieve cooperation with well-known international centers specializing in the field of IT; To exchange information about our compatriots who have achieved success in the field of IT, who have been employed in popular international campaigns, to establish contacts with them and help students to build a career.
III. UFC student organization membership, members’ rights and responsibilities
3.1 Any student or a master studying at UNEC who has useful initiatives can become a member of UFC.
3.2 Membership in the UFC Student Organization is voluntary and no membership fees are required.
3.3 Admission of members to the UFC student organization is carried out by the Board of Directors.
3.4 Those wishing to become members of the UFC Student Organization must apply in writing to the Board of Directors. The application is considered within 10 days and admission is carried out if more than half of the members of the Board of Directors express a positive attitude.
3.5 Members of the UFC Student Organization have equal rights and have the following rights:
3.5.1 Participate in the management of the UFC student organization;
3.5.2 To elect and be elected to any elected body of the UFC student organization;
3.5.3 Participate in events organized by the UFC student organization;
3.5.4 Receive information on the activities of the UFC student organization;
3.5.5 Perform various projects and programs.
3.6 A member of a UFC student organization cannot be a member of two elected bodies at the same time.
3.7 Members of the UFC Student Organization have the following responsibilities:
3.7.1 Follow the Charter of the UFC Student Organization;
3.7.2 Take a responsible approach to his work;
3.7.3 Execute the decisions of the UFC student body’s elected bodies.
3.8 The activities of a member of a UFC student organization are terminated in the following cases:
3.8.1 When the UFC student organization is liquidated;
3.8.2 Voluntarily resigns from the UFC;
3.8.3 When that one is expelled from a student organization;
3.9 The person has the right to appeal to the Board of Directors if he is dissatisfied with the termination of membership of UFC student organization.
4.The structure and governing bodies of the UFC student organization
4.1 The UFC student organization has the following structures:
4.1.1 Faculty organization;
4.1.2. Organization by departments.
4.2 The faculty organization – is a group of students of at least 3 (three) people – is the first core of the UFC.
4.3 The work of the faculty organization is headed by the chairman and deputy chairman elected by voting.
4.4 If the number of members of the faculty organization is more than 20, a Board of 5 (five) people, including the chairman and deputy chairman, is elected.

4.5 The Board of the faculty lets the departments about the initiatives of its members.
4.6 Meetings of the Board of the faculty organization are held at least 2 (two) times a month.
4.7 The branch organization is established if at least half of the groups on the faculty have centers.
4.8 The work of the branch organization is headed by the chairman and deputy chairman elected by voting.
4.9 A Management Board consisting of at least 7 (seven) people, including representatives of group organizations, including the chairman and deputy chairman, is formed.
4.10 The Board brings the initiatives of the Branch members to the attention of the UFC Board of Directors and ensures the implementation of the action plan adopted by it within the faculty.
4.11 Meetings of the Management Board of the branch organization are held not less than 1 (once) a month.
4.12 The governing body of the UFC is the Board of Directors.
4.12.1 The number of members of the Board shall be determined by the structure.
4.12.2 The number of members of the Management Board shall be determined as follows:
4.12.3 Provided that there are 2-3 people from each Department;
4.12.4 The number of members of the Management Board should not be less than 7.
4.12.5 The Management Board is elected for a term of 2 (two) years.
4.12.6. The activities of the members of the Management Board shall be terminated in the following cases:
4.12.6.1 Upon completion of bachelor’s or master’s degree;
4.12.6.2 Continuing his / her education in other higher and secondary special education institutions of Azerbaijan or outside Azerbaijan;
4.12.6.3 Failure to attend the meetings of the Management Board 3 (three) times in a row without a valid reason;
4.12.6.4 On its own initiative.
4.12.7 The Board of Directors is a collegial body consisting of the chairman, vice presidents and members of the UFC student organization.
4.12.8 Meetings of the Management Board are held at least 2 (two) times a month and have the following powers:
4.12.8 Admission to the UFC student organization and dismissal from membership;
4.12.9 Establishes executive bodies of the UFC student organization;
4.12.10 Approves UFC student organization action plans and projects;
4.12.11 Decides on all organizational matters, except those within the competence of the Conference.
4.12.12 Meetings of the Board of Directors are considered valid if more than half of its members (50% + 1) are present and decisions are made by a simple majority of votes.
4.12.13 An extraordinary meeting of the Management Board may be convened at the request of 2/3 of the members of the Management Board.
4.12.14 The work of the Management Board is chaired by the Chairman.
4.12.15 Powers of the Chairman of the UFC Student Organization:
4.12.16 Provides general management of the UFC student organization, has executive and managerial functions;
4.12.17 Represents the UFC student organization;
4.12.18 Chairs the meetings of the Management Board;
4.12.19 Ensures the implementation of the decisions of the Conference and the Board of Directors;
4.12.20 Carries out other functions assigned to it by the Conference;
4.12.21 Report to the Conference on its activities.
4.12.22 In the absence of the chairman of the UFC student organization, his powers are exercised by one of the vice-presidents.
4.12.23 The Vice-Chairmen shall be elected by the Board of Directors by secret ballot for a term of 2 (two) years (with the right to be re-elected). The vice president of the UFC student organization is also the vice president of the board.
5.Liquidation of the UFC student organization
5.1 A UFC student organization may be abolished by a decision of the UNEC Academic Council.
From 01.06.2024 to 01.06.2025, Ismayil Abbasov (Faculty of Digital Economy, gr. 568-1) was elected the chairman of UNEC Future Club.
