Head of the Department on CIS and Baltic countries of the Higher School of Economics of the National Research Institute of the Russian Federation Kiril Kisel was on a business trip at Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) on October 29.
The cooperation between the two universities was discussed and views on some directions were exchanged during the meeting. Affairs to be implemented in the direction of the dual degree with the Higher School of Economics of the National Research Institute of Russia were also discussed. In this regard the agreement on the beginning of the unification process of relevant majors and the realization of meeting of the representatives of appropriate deans’ offices has been achieved.
