A Green Marathon of UNEC
A green marathon has been held at UNEC on the eve of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev’s 94th anniversary. The evergreen trees previously planted in Badamdar settlement by the academic and student staffs of the university were taken care.
The aim of the landscaping and planting work implemented on the occasion of the Great Leader’s birthday to contribute to the implementation of wise leader’s recommendations about the protection of the nature and demonstrate UNEC employees’ support to the projects realized for the protection of environment, improvement of ecological status, greenery planting, restoration and expansion held in the country.
Note that, UNEC employees planted more than 1500 trees in the empty field of 2 ha situated in the territory of the settlement.
