Public Representatives: Objective and transparent manner of exams held at UNEC generates enthusiasm among the students
Members of UNEC’s Public Control Board and education experts have followed the progress of the Summer Exam Session.
A monitoring group consisting of the Honored Scientist, Professor Shahlar Asgerov, Chairman of Azerbaijan Education Council, Honored Teacher, Professor Ajdar Aghayev, Chairperson of the Association of “Independent Teachers Malahat Murshudlu, Head of the Education Center Public Union “XXI Century” Etibar Aliyev were acquainted with the exam process held at UNEC and responded students’ questions.
Director of the Education Quality Assessment Center Ragif Gasimov provided the group members with the information about the exam session. He said the exams are held at UNEC open as usual. The Media representatives were charged of the administration of UNEC’s “Hotline” service. Journalists answer received appeals. In addition, special Facebook profile UNEC Exam started to perform in connection with the Summer Exam Session to gather the appeals in one source and reply to them operatively. The “Open Door” days has been held with the participation of Rector and public representatives every Saturday within the session. One more novelty of the session is the improvement of the Electronic Appeal system. Students were provided with a chance to submit their appeals from their own cabinets, follow the process and at the same time receive immediate response to their clams.
Expressing satisfaction of the administration of the exam process, members of the monitoring group evaluated the work done in ensuring the objectivity and transparency. They pointed that the objective and transparent manner of the process generate enthusiasm.
