The April fights is the glorious page in the Azerbaijani army. And the militants who took part in these battles are the real examples of heroism. Some of them rose to the pick of the martyrdom with their death; survivors become a living legend. Azerbaijan State University of Economics created the opportunity for the students to meet these heroes on the occasion of the World Azerbaijanis’ Solidarity Day.
Heroes of the April battles spoke about their memories, feelings they had, as well as the removal of the enemy army. They said their comrades sacrificed their own lives to achieve victory and liberated our lands from the occupation with their lives. They rose to the pick of the martyrdom and will live forever in the souls of every Azerbaijani. Most of the soldiers who demonstrated incredible bravery in battles continue to serve on the front line until now.
