UNEC launches pieces of training “Trainers’ Training – Soft Skills” at Lifelong Education Center. 

The trainings for UNEC lecturers are conducted by Ilana Vaiman Naftul, an Israeli trainer with extensive experience in soft skills.

After the first training, UNEC Rector Professor Adalat Muradov met with the participants. Speaking about the importance of the new concept of “soft skills” in our country, the rector stressed the growing demand for these skills in the business world and wished success to the participants.

Participants who successfully complete a training program developed by UNEC based on international experience will receive a UNEC certificate. They will be able to conduct Soft Skills trainings for institutions and enterprises at the Lifelong Learning Center.
