A presentation on the activities of the Food Safety Laboratory named after Aziz Sanjar has been held with the participation of the rector of UNEC Professor Adalat Muradov and relevant heads of structures.
At the meeting, the employee of the laboratory, young researcher and laboratory assistant Sona Hajiyeva made a presentation and informed about the activities of the Food Safety Laboratory named after Aziz Sanjar, conducted research and expertise, scientific and practical research according to the training and curriculum, and the processes of assessing the compliance of food products with relevant quality standards and requirements. . He also voiced suggestions for further improvement of the work of the laboratory.
Speaking about the “Aziz Sanjar research award” founded by UNEC, S. Hajiyeva announced the terms of the competition. He said that the prize is 10,000 manats and the competition will start soon.
Rector Adalat Muradov highly appreciated the activity of the laboratory and emphasized that it would be useful to expand international relations in this direction.
