Vice Rector for International Relations and Programs Neman Muradli Imran oglu
In 2007 he graduated from the Law Faculty of BSU.
In 2009-2010 he received a master’s degree in Public Policy and Management from Korean Development Institute in the Republic of Korea.
From 2011 to 2017, he studied for a doctorate at the faculty of Public Administration at Kyung HEE University. In 2017, he defended his thesis and was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Public Administration by Kyung HEE University.
From 2013 to 2015, he worked at Samsung Engineering in Seoul, and from 2015 to August 2021 at the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Since 2017, he has been a lecturer at the department of Economics and Management at UNEC.

Fluent in English, Turkish and Korean.
