The Academy of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan plans to publish an illustrated album book dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the great leader Heydar Aliyev on the occasion of the “Year of Heydar Aliyev”, reflecting the rich political heritage and ideas, honorable life and activities of Heydar Aliyev.
