Successful beginning for students to establish their career in banks- UNEC’s “Young Banker School”
The Project of “Young Banker School” of the Public Association “Academy of Young Economists” has been started at Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) on November 13.
During the presentation of the project Chairman of the Public Association “Academy of Young Economists” Hidayat Kerimov said in the market of growing competition one of the conditions for success is the ability to apply theoretical knowledge gained during the training. On the other hand, companies demand work experience even if they recruit the youngest cadres to their companies. One of the most convenient ways of gaining experience and practical knowledge is to joint different internship programs. In this context, “Young Banker School” need to be established.
A branch Director of the OSC Amrahbank, Head of ZX Training and Career Company Ltd delivered the information about the project. He noted that the trainings on Banking for students will be organized within the project. Afterwards, divided into teams, the participants will introduce the jury projects about the banking systems of different countries. Members of the winner team will get a chance of passing internship in Amrahbank. Interview stage of the project “Academy of Young Bankers” will take place in the end of the last week.
The representative of the Tuition Center “REDUCO” Chinara Akhundova said that the “Young Banker School” would help students in building successful career in the future.
