Permanent Commissions have been established under the Academic Board of Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC). The purpose of creating the Permanent Commission is increasing the efficiency of Academic Board’s work and to ensure highly skilled professionals’ participation in preparation of decisions.
5 permanent commissions will perform in the Academic Board. They are Combination of Education and Science, Social Affairs, Attestation, Cooperation with Labor Market and the Commission on Learners’ Affairs.
The main issues standing towards the commissions are the analysis of issues discussed created situationby the Academic Board, proposals, recommendations and events, period of implementation of decisions and to appointment of people in charge related, including development of projects and implementation of prior review. The issues to be discussed at the meeting of the Board, as a rule will be reviewed by the appropriate commissions.
The composition of Academic Board may change with the presentation of the Academic Board’s Chairman and the Academic Board Commissions’ Chairmen. New permanent commissions may be established; predecessors may be cancelled and reestablished. The permanent commissions will work in accordance with the plan approved for the new academic year and by the chairman of the Academic Board. The sessions of the commission will be held at least once a month. The supervision over the work of the permanent commissions is to be done by the Academic Board Chairman.
