Density of various liquid and solid products
Active acidity determination analyses
Ash determination analyses
Chemical analyses
Physical analyses
Vitamin analyses
Determination of proteins
Determination of carbohydrates
Determination of amino acids
Spectrophotometer analyses
Refinement processes
Microbiological analyses etc. processes of assessing compliance with such requirements are carried out.
In the near future, proposals, normative-legal acts, methodical materials will be developed in the direction of improving the legislation in the field of food, scientific and practical justification of the reforms in the field of food technology will be carried out. Measures are also being taken to create a research centre for master’s and doctoral candidates to conduct their studies at our laboratory.
