ABOUT US:
UNEC Center for Islamic Finance was established by the Decision No. 167 of the Academic Council of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics on October 9, 2019 and the UNEC Rector’s Order No. 1020/3/2019.
OUR PURPOSE:
Encourage economic and socio-economic research and the use of empirical methods in scientific research; conducting qualitative research for the academic staff and students; and implementation of research projects in the field of local and international cooperation, which will support access to international bases.
OBJECTIVES:
To carry out scientific research works and projects;
Organization of international and national conferences, symposiums, seminars, round tables, trainings;
Preparation and printing of publications in different languages;
Preparation of reports, brochures, research papers, articles, newsletters, books, etc.;
Collaborate with representatives of research centers, institutes, universities and the private sector within the country and abroad;
Ensure the consideration of incoming requests and inquiries on activities on legislation;
To provide realization of the concept of development of the university within its competence;
Preparation of reports of the Center’s work plan and activities;
To provide protection of service information in the course of activity of the Center in accordance with the legislation.
